Vicky Schiantarelli | Principal & Owner | Schiantarelli & Associates

Since 1979, Vicky has served on a variety of non-profit and government boards and commissions serving her Latino community, Seattle’s Central Area neighborhood, and our W/M/D/VBE business community.

Vicky is an incorporator and founding board member of the Northwest Minority Builders Alliance.  As Principal/Owner of Schiantarelli & Associates (a certified MWBE/DBE/SCS management consulting business re-established in January 2019), she currently serves on the CPARB Projects Review Committee (PRC) representing Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.  As an Associate Member of the AGC Washington Chapter, she serves on the DEI and LGAC Committees and is Co-Chair of WSDOT/AGC Inclusion Subcommittee.  She is a longstanding member of the OMWBE Advisory Committee.  She is also member of other business organizations and advisory committees, including Tabor 100 and Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce

Vicky’s 42 years of experience in accessibility, equity, inclusion, and diversity work, includes work in the construction industry and public sector (Washington State and City of Seattle).  Vicky is the recipient of numerous awards in recognition as an Inclusion Professional and Leader:

• 2021 AGC Associate Member of the Year Award – for DEI Policy and Advocacy Work
• 2021 Black Coalition of Contractors and Professionals – Appreciation Award for Mentoring and Coaching
• 2020 National Association of Minority Contractors WA Chapter – Diversity and Inclusion Award
• 2018 Northwest Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council Lifetime Achievement Award. Special award for 35 years of service to MSVWBE/DBE communities.
• 2018 MSVWBE/DBE Inclusion Instructor – Procurement and project management professional continuing education certificate program, Pacific Northwest Section, American Water Works Association
• 2016, 2013 & 2007 Northwest Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council awards – Champion of the Year
