Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, PLP is 100% union signatory with Carpenters performing: metal stud framing, metal lath, drywall, and ceilings; Drywall finishers performing: level 1-4 textures; Plasterers performing: interior/exterior plaster, veneer, marmorino and EFIS; Laborers performing: mixing, masking, building scaffolding and clean up tasks.
